This .js script will query ipdata.co using their
api with the IP address that is connecting to 
your BBS. IPData.co returns a number of data
elements that is parsed, examined and if the IP
address is found to be a TOR node or a Datacenter
or a known attacker or a known abuser or a known
threat, the IP address can be added to your
firewall (Ubuntu UFW) or the silent-ip.can file.
