I am a new user and I am kinda new to BBS, i gone here because i wanted to see what the internet was like before HTTP. And BBS is exactly that.

So anyone want to chat or smth idk

the internet before the web was textmode, but not really comparable to
what you are seeing now on bbses.

Oof - I remember the days of timesharing across a 300 baud acoustic coupler, and we had 2 terminals and a teletypewrite between them.

After HS I got a job at Burroughs as a TWX operator.

... man i'm old.

Don't get me started on how many board I ran and was a Co-Sysop on.

I was the area's SME on Frontdoor. lol
