VR is not for me. I find it gives me motion sickness.

If you get the chance to try out an Meta Quest VR, I feel you'll have a better experience.

Personally I use it for excerise through a couple of the rhythm games, but also for work when I need a lot of screens.

The two games I play are Synth Riders and Beat Saber. It's a good workout with fun music.
