Hi Garon,
as far as I know the only time mutil needs the "FILENONE.NA" files is if you are using the "Import_FIDONET.NA" option. This option is only needed if you are importing message bases. If you copied over your files to Linux you should not need to import that.
However, if you do need to import, or have copied files over, do make sure you check the file names as Linux is case sensitive. Also note if you have events that require Linux to execute programs inside your Mystic directory you will need to tell Mystic to pit a "." There is an option to set that in the event editor.
