I've used Fender amps for quite a while. Currently I have a Fender Mustang III v2, which is a solid-state modeling amp. I think it sounds really good and it does good with the modeling. It does a pretty good reproduction of the big heavy Fender Twin Reverb Reissue amp I had previously. It's a versatile amp, and a lot cheaper than a similarly-sized tube amp. Also with it being solid-state, you don't have to worry about replacing vacuum tubes. I don't think I'd want to go with a tube amp again.

I've heard the Boss Katana modeling amps are pretty good too. Sometimes I wonder if I should have done some more research and may have bought a Boss Katana amp instead of the Fender Mustang.

Never used them very much, but I finally found a vintage Peavey
Classic trans/tube amp like I had years ago - with PHASE SHIFTER
    built in!!!
